Chris is a registered Real Estate Broker and has many years of experience in Real Estate including buying, selling, and property management.  

Chris has been living on Oahu for many years and has extensive knowledge of the Island's towns and neighborhoods as well as the outer Islands as he travels frequently to them for business.  He has a thorough understanding of the State's permitting and contractual processes regarding Real Estate therefore can help transactions run smoothly and efficiently so that all parties involved feel confident and informed each step of the way.  He has had several million dollars in sales in Hawaii helping customers and clients find homes or investment properties to meet their financial goals. 

Throughout his career he has also been involved in numerous construction and re-modeling projects for both himself as well as his clients therefore he understands how to plan, coordinate and strategize them to meet expectations and help to make a vision a reality.
